Pretendem-se definir 4 variantes tipo de moradias unifamiliares com tipologias T5 (430 m2), a utilizar no âmbito da ocupação de um aldeamento turístico. A linguagem utilizada pretende estabelecer uma relação com soluções formais e linguísticas da Arquitectura Tradicional Portuguesa. Por outro lado, visam-se esquemas funcionais que possam ser versáteis de forma a poderem ser resposta para diferentes lotes, distintos quer em morfologia, quer em orientação solar e acessibilidades. This project defines 4 types of single-family housing typologies T5 (430 m2), to apply in the context of the occupation of a touristic resort. The language establishes a relationship with formal and linguistic solutions of traditional Portuguese Architecture. On the other hand, this house are designed to be functional schemes who wants to be versatile in a way that they can answer to different plots, both in morphology, solar orientation and accessibility.
